In 2010, Rick founded a fully remote fractional sales, management, consulting, and presentation service successfully completing over 150 diverse contracts and counting. He provides a range of services including product/service demonstrations, sales coaching/mentoring, team building, procedure development, performance optimization, script creation, copywriting, voiceover/video recordings, and more.
A Wisconsin native, his career has taken him across the country: Cincinnati, West Virginia, and 13+ years in Colorado. Now back in Wisconsin to enjoy the amazing summers, beautiful (but chilly) winters, and his Green Bay Packers, Rick enjoys the outdoors and many exciting travel adventures with his wife, Chrystal.
Rick holds multiple degrees including an Associates Degree in Accounting; Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting, Business, and Economics; a Masters Degree in Business from Marquette University; and is also a member of Mensa.
He has proven to be highly skilled at effectively engaging both small prospects and C-Level/Enterprise-Level clients in a multitude of industries and excels at delivering captivating online and in-person conference/event presentations.
Over the last 15 years he’s also proven equally adept at team building and management.
Rick has demonstrated expertise in recruiting, hiring, coaching, mentoring, training, and enhancing sales performance across diverse industries and is recognized as a talented, approachable, inspirational, intelligent, and engaging professional.
Over the years, has played a pivotal role in contributing to the growth of companies as part of high-performing teams. Rick will bring over 25 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals ranging from small subscriptions to high-value contracts exceeding $250k to your organization.
